On December 6, 2002, Tory Christman filed a suit against her former employer for an alleged slip and fall that occurred in December 2001. Christman claimed that she sustained injuries to her face, fractured her nose, cut lip, neck and back. She further claimed that her medical expenses were approximately $2,000.00 arising from doctor visits, stitches, physical therapy and medications. The photograph shows Christman conducting a hate march precisely in December 2001.
